Where should I meet my teacher?
You can meet your teacher at a library, café, your home, or your teacher’s home.

What is the minimum lesson time?
Minimum lesson length is one hour.

How often do I meet my teacher?
You can meet every week, once every two weeks, or anything else that you decide with your teacher.

Can my child use the service?
Yes, we can match schoolchildren with teachers who have Working with Children checks.

Can I have classes with a friend?
No problem. Most teachers give discounts for pairs or groups of three.

When do I pay for lessons?
We’ll request payment after we give you the teacher’s information.

How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card, at a post office, by bank transfer or cheque.
